In channels, communities can publish news about their areas and share information with specific target groups. Users can respond to posts, write comments and take part in surveys. This is how small communities develop through channels.

Precise location information
through geochannels
Geochannels are channels in which posts are tagged with a geolocation and can be filtered by location. In a geochannel, you can start a radius search and, for example, look for a sustainable bike service in your region or find out where the nearest farm store is open. In short - geochannels inform you about what's going on in your area.
Individualization through add-in apps
You can find numerous add-ins on the marketplace. You can use these to configure your We.Network account so that it exactly meets your requirements. In the add-in app store, you will find clever applications such as an event calendar or map services such as SmartMaps, which can be used without a separate login.
Personal exchange in groups and chats
For personal exchanges, you can join groups or start individual encrypted chats. This allows you to stay in touch with your contacts anytime and anywhere while protecting your digital sovereignty.

We.Network serves the common good.
The aim of We.Network is to create a trustworthy network for our world. We want to contribute to this as a broadcasting and dialogue platform for associations, organizations, companies and media as well as a communication platform for communities, groups and individuals.
We.Network promotes communities.
Communities in solidarity are the basis of a healthy society. The networking of members in communities and the communities themselves promotes togetherness, the integration of people and social peace.
We.Network is acquisition proof.
All We.Network shares are and remain in the possession of the initiators, active co-creators, active partners and active users and can only be traded within this group.
We.Network is independent.
The We.Network strives for financial independence with the aim of having the means to become and remain an innovation leader and to pay committed co-creators appropriately. We.Network is neither dependent on external capital providers nor is it influenced in its decisions by lobbyists or influence groups.
We.Network only has identified users.
All users who contribute content are known to the service by their real name. When commenting on content, the user's real name is also known at least to the content provider. Abuse through anonymity is excluded by design.
We.Network is based on a set values guidelines.
The protection of human rights and non-violent communication have the highest priority.
Violations of communication rules are sanctioned in stages, from a warning and account suspension to a transparent decision to exclude the user from We.Network.
The values guideline is continuously developed together with the users.
We.Network is fair.digital - user data belongs exclusively to the user.
We.Network is fair.digital. Personal user data is never passed on by default. They are also only used by We.Network itself to provide services for the user, such as suggesting new services or increasing the relevance of advertising. The user can change the basic settings and have personal data transferred to other services, for example, to register for an event.
We.Network does not enrich user data with external data.
The data stored for a user consists exclusively of data recorded by the user and can be viewed, changed or deleted at any time. No location data is stored, nor are users monitored or wire-tapped in any way.
We.Network encrypts all direct messages between users.
Messages are not read by the system, neither by the sender nor the recipient, and are not used for profiling. Neither We.Network nor secret services (insofar as this is legally possible) can access the data. The principle of data economy applies without restriction. The secrecy of correspondence also remains digital.
We.Network gives users a share of the advertising revenue.
Advertising revenue is measured per user and can be shared with users depending on their user status.
We.Network limits its profits to 10% of sales.
We.Network does not strive to maximize profits. In fact, the profits are limited to 10% of sales. Any profit above this amount is reinvested in innovation or passed on to customers in the form of price reductions.
We.Network is digitally sovereign, adaptive and diverse.
We.Network has access to the entire source of the application, self-developed or based on open source or trusted source. Hosting is geo-redundantly operated by We.Network in German data centers. Power consumption is continuously optimized, with electricity coming from sustainable sources.
With its own ecosystem, We.Network can be expanded to include apps for special customer needs and is available for specific user groups as co-branding with exclusive content.
Each user has an individual We.Network with content that is relevant to them. Additional content is regularly suggested for their profile, as well as controversial, so-called "anti-bubble/diversity" content.
